New York: Billed as the first "green" high rise in the US, the Solaire claims it will use 35% less electricity than a comparable building and 50% less water. It even has photovoltaics on one side to help out a bit with electricity generation and some other neat features.

Of course, as this New York Times article points out, the ability to sell "green" attributes remains a challenge.
