Right Side Van Exhaust

15 Passenger Vans: Here's an unfortunate piece of design: Putting the exhaust on the right side of the van guarantees asphyxiation when loading passengers. *cough*

This only really makes bad sense on buses, and taxis...that load from the right-hand side.
Since cars have doors on both sides...an exhaust on the right or left side is equally as inconsiderate to loading passengers.
