Barcelona: Forget hydrogen. How would you like a vehicle that costs next to nothing to operate and produces no pollution? The AirCar is powered by nothing but a tank of compressed air which can keep it chugging along for as many as 300km on a charge. Although this isn't exactly a 'performance car' in terms of acceleration and speed, it will be nicely suitable as an urban vehicle, taxi, or delivery van. The estimated cost to fill the tank? Two bucks.
