Greenest Building of them all?

Santa Monica: Not exactly sure how you rank buildings for their "greenness", but the new headquarters for the NRDC (National Resources Defense Council) achieved the following:
"uses 60 to 75 percent less energy than a conventional building of its size, gets 100 percent of its energy from carbon-free renewables, and consumes 60 percent less drinking water"

Donald Bren Hall at UC Santa Barbara claims to be one the two greenest buildings and the absolute greenest laboratory.
